Maintenance & Service Associate
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- provide clean golf carts
- provide prompt responses to client questions/requests.
- Deliver/pickup golf carts from client accommodations as scheduled.
- Manage transport of golf carts between office & garage
- Manage/track golf cart parts/supplies inventory.
- Manage online and counter golf cart reservations.
- Respond to reservation requests/questions via email, text, phone call
- Assist Lead Mechanic with maintenance and repairs.
- Report golf cart damages/issues, and communicate with mechanic. Provide status updates.
Skills:
- English required. Level: intermediate +
- Mechanically/technically inclined, with interest in electric cars.
- Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with car rental reservation systems a plus.
Drivers license required
Starting salary:
$1200-$1600 per month, depending on experience level.
General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales, service, and mechanic personnel
- Overseeing reservations, deliveries, pickups, returns, and fleet readiness
- Ensuring golf carts are clean, safe, maintained, and ready for clients
- Supporting customer service and reservation communications
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inventory, and service schedules
- Developing marketing strategies for rentals and maintenance services
- Building relationships with vacation rentals and local businesses
- Tracking sales, customer feedback, fleet performance, and operational improvements
Skills:
- Management experience required
- Sales and customer service experience required
- Marketing or business development experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Driver’s License required – B1+
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to lead a team and manage daily operations
- Experience in rentals, tourism, hospitality, vehicles, or maintenance operations preferred
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office suite
